Ebay Wooing Sellers Back

Now, Ebay is now wooing back its sellers by changing its policy yet again. Will it work?

I have had an Ebay seller's account since last year but I have not started selling anything. Basically I am waiting for their feedback policy to change back. Previously, the seller is in the hands of the buyer's feedback and anybody can give negative feedback to the seller without giving chance to the seller to air his side. I think this policy is unfair.
