Skin Food
What is Skin Food? Skin food is what you eat for beautiful and healthy skin. Skin food is what you eat to take care of the largest organ in your body.




Skin foods I am eating right now:
Whole wheat bread
Tuna
Lemon, Apple
Eggs
Carrots
Aloe Vera
Green Tea
Water

Skin foods I plan to eat more of:
Salmon
Extra virgin olive oil
Oranges, Papaya
Yogurt (low fat)

Skin foods I have no plan of including in my diet:
Milk

Foods I avoid (these are harmful to the skin):
Alcohol and softdrinks
Refined flour and sugar
Processed meat
